Before the World Wakes
At low tide in Seasalter, a weathered groyne disappears into a sea smoothed by time. The long exposure softens water into silence, leaving only the gentle rhythm of timber and reflection. It is the kind of morning where the air carries the scent of salt and seaweed, and somewhere beyond the mist, a lonely buoy bell marks the passing of time.

03
Solitude
Standing alone beyond the shoreline, a solitary harbour dolphin rises from the still sea beneath an endless sky. A lone gull glides effortlessly overhead, adding a fleeting sense of freedom to an otherwise motionless scene. In the quiet space between sea and sky, solitude becomes something peaceful rather than empty.

Harbour at Rest
As daylight fades over Whitstable Harbour, the working day gives way to stillness. Fishing boats lie quietly alongside the quays while the long exposure smooths the water into glass, reflecting the last warmth of the evening sky. For a brief moment, industry, sea and sky exist in perfect balance before the tide and the day begin again.
